At The Fulfilment Project I am here to help you both physically and mentally. Therefore my MoveMEANT Sessions are not like a typical personal training session you may be used to. I understand the many barriers women can face when engaging in exercise. I understand how hard and intimidating it can be to walk into a gym and embark on a new fitness journey. I understand that sometimes the motivation just isn't there. I understand the fear of injuring oneself. I also understand the gloom and shame society may have put on you and the pressure to “be better and look better”. I hear you- and I have GOT YOU!!

This is what makes my sessions different- I UNDERSTAND and I am experienced in helping women build that confidence up so that they can engage in an exercise program. The best thing about these sessions, is that they are tailored to YOU! If you want to exercise AND practice some mindfulness in your session- no worries lets do it! If you want to work a certain muscle group today- no problems at all, lets do it. This is all about YOU!

Sessions are held in the Swan Valley. There are a few options for the 1:1 sessions.

1) Outside at a park. The park is a great alternative if you find the gym environment overwhelming or triggering, or for those who like to train outside. Outdoors training is a great option as you get beautiful fresh air, experience some "nature therapy" whilst you train, and stock up on that vital Vitamin D.

2) The Fulfilment Project private studio!

MoveMeAnt Programs

Embark on a Movement journey with a 6 week program. Each program created is designed specifically for you based on your needs.

 

Perhaps 1:1 coaching isn’t for you- and that is ok! Maybe you are after a training program instead? My MoveMEANT programs are created with you and your needs in mind. For this reason, I ask all clients to complete a questionnaire prior to having their program made. At The Fulfilment Project, I do not believe in "cookie cutter" programs- each program that is created takes into consideration my clients current fitness levels, equipment availability, and lifestyle factors. Each program will have an easy to follow template, and basic key points for ease of use.

Program:

Programs are made in 6 week intervals (max 4 day per week style) and can be created based on your fitness goals. This includes:

  • Initial Questionnaire

  • 6 week PERSONALISED program with pointers

1:1 MENTAL hEALTH ot

Heartfelt conversations, healthy relationship building with self, learning to honor and love yourself, non-judgmental and compassion filled energy. If those words resonate with you- then you have found the right therapist for your journey of self.

 
 

The ideal choice if you are after a 1:1 session with me to discuss what is troubling you, and for us to try and discover some solutions. Mental Health Occupational Therapy can look like counselling, solution focused brief therapy, routine setting, or perhaps identifying and learning some new skills to apply in your day.

​Therapy might feel a little different with me. Why? This is my PASSION and my true CALLING. I thrive off helping other works me to assist them on their journey. For this reason, I am not here to say “you will need 10 sessions to reach your goal”. I believe each person is unique, and their journey is not set by a “set number of sessions”. Secondly, due to my education and therapist background, I am able to mix therapy styles and coaching together, allowing me to pick and choose what will work best for you. There is no “one size fits all” at The Fulfilment Project.

Bookings are currently for Telehealth sessions over Zoom (face to face sessions are available, please reach out to discuss this further). ​

Consultations:
$190/50 mins session

You may be eligible for a rebate through your health fund provider. Please check with your health fund provider if they cover “Occupational Therapy”. If so, after our paid session I will be able to provide you with a paid invoice, and you can seek your rebate through your health fund.

Rebates are also available through Medicare if you have a Mental Health Care Plan, or a Chronic Disease Management Plan. Please speak to your GP about your eligibility for these plans.

Please note I only work with female clients 18+.
