The Fulfilment Project recognises and values the protection of your privacy. We comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act. If you do not agree with the data practices described, then you should not use this website or use the membership group.

Personal Information:

The Customer acknowledges that The Fulfilment Project may film and photograph events and that the customer consents to The Fulfilment Project using their name, likeness, image and or voice in the event that they are photographed or filmed in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting any service and or products supplied and or distributed by The Fulfilment Project.

​Service Providers:

The information that we collect from subscribing to the membership, is shared with Squsrespace and Paypal.  In all cases where we share your information with such agents, we explicitly require the agent to acknowledge and adhere to our privacy and customer data handling policies.

​Unsubscribing from our email database:

To unsubscribe from our email database, please do so via by contacting us via the contact form/ reply to an email and asking to be taken off the list. You will be taken off the list.

Protecting and maintaining personal information:

• We will take all reasonable steps to protect the information we hold about you from unauthorised access, use and disclosure, however we cannot guarantee that our systems and stored data will be completely free from third party interception or are free from corruption.

• Some parts of the Site are not protected by any form of encryption to protect information you send from your computer to us over the internet. Further, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. In light of this, we cannot ensure or warrant, and do not warrant, the security or privacy of your personal information, including payment and account details.
