I offer appointments via face to face in Bedford or via Telehealth…

  • Appointments are $198 for 50 minutes.

  • Currently available on Thursdays and Fridays (Friday’s are from Bedford).

  • Payment of the full fee (not just the gap payment) is to be made on the day of your appointment.

  • Rebates are available through Medicare if you have a Mental Health Care Plan or Chronic Disease Management Plan. Please speak to your GP about your eligibility for these plans.

  • You may be eligible for a rebate through your health fund provider. Please check with your health fund provider if they cover “Occupational Therapy”. If they do I can provide you with a receipt which you can submit to them.

  • NDIS self managed and plan managed accepted.

  • Payment methods accepted are cash, debit and credit card.

MoveMEANT Therapy


At The Fulfilment Project, I offer a unique service designed to help women overcome gym anxiety and feel confident in their fitness journey. MoveMEANT Sessions are a blend of therapeutic support and exercise guidance, specifically focused on helping you feel comfortable and safe in the gym environment.

This 5-session program is designed to help women overcome gym anxiety, build confidence, and approach exercise with a positive, empowering mindset. Over the course of the program, you’ll receive hands-on guidance and support to manage any fears, challenge limiting beliefs, and stay motivated as you continue on your fitness journey. This program is all about being kind and compassionate with yourself as you break through mental barriers and create lasting change.

We’ll start with a mental health session focused on identifying and addressing any anxieties or negative beliefs you may have about the gym. We’ll work together to gently explore and shift these thoughts, helping you cultivate a mindset of self-compassion and confidence.

In the second session, we’ll introduce you to the gym environment, helping you get comfortable with the equipment and teaching you how to use it safely and effectively. This session is designed to ease any discomfort and empower you to feel more at home in the gym space.

The remaining three sessions will focus on hands-on gym training, helping you stay motivated, and guiding you through exercises in a way that builds confidence and promotes a positive, compassionate approach to fitness. Each session is tailored to your needs and designed to keep you feeling supported, respected, and encouraged as you make progress.

This program is about more than just fitness training—it’s about supporting your mental and emotional well-being while empowering you to feel comfortable, capable, and confident in the gym. With each session, you’ll build both physical strength and a mindset that allows you to approach exercise with kindness, patience, and self-love.

The 5-session program is available for $650, and each session is thoughtfully designed to guide you toward your goals, ensuring that you feel supported, confident, and motivated every step of the way.
